I worked with a retail marketing manager to develop the quarterly communication tool used by field operations. I designed each issue, oversaw print production, distribution, and feedback.


Our content strategy focused on a few key sections:

  1. New product education to support the promotion and sale of new releases.

  1. A color-coded design system to instruct field ops on how to update their respective merchandising units. This had to be easy to understand and inclusive of all international markets. The design system elevated merchandising standards and reduced update time.

  1. PR, Special Events, Pop-ups, and notes from our founder to deepen connections across all stakeholders.
